This study presents an analysis of baseline physical fitness indicators among female students of the Academic Lyceum of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The research assessed key physical qualities—strength, speed, endurance, motor coordination, and flexibility—using standardized pedagogical testing methods. The collected data were processed through mathematical and statistical analysis, including the calculation of mean values, standard deviations, and coefficients of variation. The results indicate a high level of variability in several physical fitness components among the participants. Notably, pronounced individual differences were observed in strength and flexibility indicators. The findings provide a scientific foundation for the design and implementation of targeted pedagogical interventions aimed at improving physical fitness and optimizing the physical training process in subsequent stages of education.
