This article is dedicated to the topic "The Importance of English in Supporting Students with Special Needs and Developing Their Professional Competence." It presents scientific research from various studies, analyzes theoretical and practical views and opinions on modern language teaching activities, and studies the experience of using them in teaching English to students with special needs with examples. The thesis covers the theoretical issues of the topic and students with special needs, that is, with disabilities, are taken as the object of English language teaching, examines the recommendations and shortcomings in the establishment of teaching students with special needs of various categories of disabilities through examples Special attention is paid to the mutually beneficial impact of the pedagogical education innovation cluster in developing the professional competence of students with physical disabilities, as well as to the proposals and recommendations for linking the content of English language training to sports practice for students during the training process.
