This thesis explores the possibilities and results of using the Case Study method as an effective tool of educational technology in improving the skills of language learners. The study analyzes ways to strengthen the knowledge and skills of language learners with the help of educational technologies, increase their self-learning capabilities, as well as make the learning process interactive and flexible. The use of the Case Study method helps students to make the language learning process more effective and interesting by exemplifying real-life situations and situations. In this case, with the help of technological tools, such as mobile applications, online platforms and interactive lessons, the active participation of students, strengthening and interaction with the teacher is enhanced. The thesis also covers the impact of educational technology on student motivation, their interest in reading, and their role in improving skills. The combined use of educational technology and the Case Study method in the study makes it possible to bring the learning process of language learners to a qualitatively new level.
