Blended learning has emerged as an effective instructional approach that integrates face-to-face and online learning environments. The preparation of lecture materials for blended learning requires a strategic combination of pedagogical principles, technological tools, and learner-centered design. This paper examines the key issues faced in the preparation of lecture materials and outlines the essential principles for designing effective instructional content. The study also highlights best practices to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes, drawing upon recent studies in blended learning methodologies.
