This paper explores the process of creating an online video library specifically designed for English language learners (ELLs). It discusses the selection of appropriate video content, pedagogical considerations, technological requirements, and strategies for learner engagement. The study highlights best practices in video curation, instructional design principles, and the role of interactivity in fostering comprehension and retention. The findings suggest that well-structured online video libraries can significantly improve language learning outcomes by providing authentic, contextualized, and engaging content. The use of online video libraries has become an effective tool for language acquisition, offering learners diverse multimedia resources tailored to different proficiency levels. Online video libraries promote communicative ability by exposing students to a range of dialects, cultural contexts, and real-world situations.
