This article examines the theoretical and practical foundations of an integrated English language teaching model within a blended learning environment. The study focuses on the unified development of core language skills—listening, speaking, reading, and writing—through a holistic instructional approach. It also highlights the role of communicative language teaching, task-based learning, and digital tools in enhancing the effectiveness of language instruction. The findings indicate that the integrated model significantly contributes to the development of learners’ communicative competence and promotes more flexible and learner-centered education.
