This article is devoted to the study of the specific features of the artistic realization of the chronotope in the lyric poetry of Anna Akhmatova based on the poem “Сжала руки под темной вуалью”. The focus of the analysis is the specificity of the spatial and temporal organization of the text, which makes it possible to reveal the peculiarities of constructing the inner psychological space of the work. The main spatial loci of the poem, their sequential change, and their significance in revealing the emotional state of the heroine are examined. Particular attention is paid to the temporal structure of the text, including the interaction of several temporal planes that shape the internal dynamics of the artistic narrative. The analysis shows that individual details, gestures, directions of movement, and boundary elements of space perform an important meaning-forming function. It has been established that the chronotope in Akhmatova’s poetics acts as one of the key mechanisms for conveying internal conflict, ensuring the compositional integrity of the work and the depth of its psychological content.
