Annotatsiya

The article offers a contrastive analysis of the lexical-semantic field (LSF) of verbal influence in three typologically different languages: Chinese, Russian, and Uzbek. Using componential analysis and data from explanatory dictionaries, the composition of the LSF of persuasion and suggestion verbs has been determined for each language, with its core-periphery structure delineated and integrating/differentiating semes identified.
