The article analyzes the dynamic shifts in Uzbekistan’s migration landscape between 2020 and 2026, noting a quantitative decrease in flows alongside qualitative improvements in income and skill levels. The study introduces the “Andijan Model”, designed for systematic management, security, and transparency of migration processes. The author provides a scientific basis for the institutional framework of migration unification and demonstrates a 1.5 multiplier effect resulting from the economic activity of returning migrants.
