This article analyzes the socio-philosophical transformation of legal culture in migration processes under the conditions of globalization. The study provides a comparative analysis of Western legal rationalism and Eastern models based on social discipline, revealing their role in shaping the legal consciousness of the "translocal person." Based on the migration mobility experience of the Andijan region, innovative mechanisms for the socio-philosophical unification of migrants' legal culture are substantiated. The article concludes with strategic forecasts aimed at modernizing migration policy and strengthening the legal identification of migrants.
