This article provides a comprehensive analysis of corruption risks that may arise during the state registration of intellectual property objects, their legal nature, and mechanisms for their minimization. Proposals have been put forward to ensure transparency in the intellectual property registration system, reduce the human factor, expand electronic expertise mechanisms, and improve legal tools for assessing corruption risks.
