This article analyzes the methods employed by writer Khayriddin Sultanov in using non-standard lexical units for stylistic purposes. The study explores the mechanisms of character creation, environment animation, and stylistic contrast in literary texts through the use of colloquial style, dialectal and jargon words, and oral speech expressions. The article examines the skillful artistic use of non-standard lexical layers in the works of Khayriddin Sultonov and other contemporary writers. The analysis reveals that such lexical units serve to make the writer's style more vivid and natural; however, their moderate and functional use is considered a crucial factor.
