This article provides a comprehensive historical and legal analysis of the scientific, governmental, and organizational activities of Khadicha Sulaymonova, an outstanding legal scholar, Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor, Academician of the Academy of Sciences of the Uzbek SSR, and one of the founders of the national school of legal science in Uzbekistan. The study aims to assess her contribution to the development of legal science, the modernization of legal education, the codification of legislation, and the reform of Uzbekistan’s judicial system.
