This article is dedicated to analyzing the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the soft power of higher medical education institutions in the context of globalization. It examines the scientific-educational, clinical-technological, and cultural-humanitarian dimensions of soft power. An integrated model for assessing intangible resources is proposed, taking into account bibliometric indicators and academic mobility statistics.
