The article analyzes current practical and theoretical problems of ensuring prosecutorial supervision over the execution of land legislation. The study evaluates the role of prosecutor's offices in ensuring the rational use of land resources, violations in land allocation and sale, as well as corruption risks in this area. Legal gaps in land legislation and factors hindering the effectiveness of supervisory activities are identified. Scientific and practical proposals and recommendations for the digitalization of the system and improvement of control mechanisms have been developed.
