This article analyzes the specific legal, organizational, and methodological features of organizing prosecutorial supervision over the execution of land legislation. The author highlights the role of prosecution authorities in ensuring the rational use of land resources, digitalization of the sector, and preventing illegal land seizure. Furthermore, the effectiveness of prosecutorial supervision acts applied in detecting and eliminating violations of land laws is examined, and proposals for improving the legislative framework in this field are put forward.
