This article analyzes modern legal models of the legal status of persons participating in administrative proceedings from theoretical and practical perspectives. The study clarifies the rights and obligations of participants in administrative proceedings, the legal criteria determining their procedural status, and their role in the administration of justice. In addition, a comparative analysis of national legislative norms and the experience of foreign countries was conducted, and scientifically grounded proposals were developed to address and eliminate existing problems. It is argued that analyzing modern models of the legal status of persons participating in administrative proceedings will help improve national legislation, strengthen procedural guarantees, and increase the efficiency of administrative justice.
