This article deeply analyzes the actual scientific and theoretical issues of the development and codification of transport law in the Republic of Uzbekistan. It explores challenges related to integration into international transit corridors (TRACECA, OSJD), the implementation of digital transport documents (e-CMR, e-TIR), the legal status of artificial intelligence and highly automated vehicles, as well as infrastructural cybersecurity. The author proposes the development of a unified Transport Code as the most effective and innovative method for systematizing fragmented transport legislation, alongside scientifically grounded methodological recommendations for liability distribution in multimodal transportation, the concept of contributory negligence, and the automatic recognition of electronic evidence in judicial practice.
