The article examines a person-centered system of socio-pedagogical rehabilitation for children undergoing long-term inpatient treatment and ensuring the continuity of their education. Drawing on the practice of the “Mehrli Maktab” state educational institution, the study provides a scientific analysis of socialization problems among students with severe somatic illnesses. The research systematically analyzes socio-pedagogical support mechanisms that take into account the individual psychological characteristics of children in hospital-based education. The principles of maintaining connections with the microsocium within the hospital school environment and developing cooperation with families are revealed. The results demonstrate the impact of a person-centered approach on the emotional stability of children in hospital settings. In conclusion, practical recommendations are formulated for further improving the mechanisms of hospital pedagogy within the inclusive educational space.
