Annotatsiya

This article analyzes the concept of cybercrime, its characteristics, and its types. It examines the norms related to cybercrime within the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, identifying their shortcomings and areas for improvement. The analysis extends to international cooperation mechanisms, including Interpol, Europol, NATO, and the Council of Europe's Budapest Convention on Cybercrime. Using a comparative method, the article studies the legal norms for combating cybercrime in the legislation of foreign countries such as South Korea, Estonia, Germany, France, Russia, and Belgium. The article concludes with practical recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of the fight against cybercrime in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
