This article thoroughly examines the position, forms, and consequences of social inequality and injustice in modern society. Gender inequality, racial and ethnic discrimination, the problems of integrating persons with disabilities into society, and the social consequences of social stratification and economic inequality are comprehensively analyzed. The article reviews theoretical foundations, the experiences of Uzbekistan and other countries, statistical data, and the results of scientific research. Ways to ensure social justice and policy recommendations are developed.
