This article analyzes the theoretical and legal substance of the objective elements of crimes against the sexual inviolability of minors. Furthermore, it scientifically elaborates on the significance of determining these objective elements. This determination is crucial for the correct qualification of the crime, for classifying an individual's antisocial acts as a crime, for understanding its consequences, and for establishing the presence or absence of said consequences in certain cases. Specifically, it is manifested in identifying the causal link, proving that the harm resulting from the crime was a direct outcome of the individual's actions, and in ascertaining other similar factors.
