This article explores the significance of the project method in organizing independent learning, its conceptual framework, and its practical applications. The project method is regarded as an effective pedagogical technology that develops students’ creative thinking, critical reasoning, independent decision-making, and teamwork skills. The article also examines the stages of the project method, their didactic foundations, and ways to integrate them into the educational process. Applying the project method in independent learning promotes active knowledge acquisition, the integration of theory and practice, and the development of students’ self-directed learning abilities.
