In contemporary political processes, youth constitute a key active group shaping societal transformation. This article presents a comparative political analysis of the socio-political mobility and the evolution of the value system of young people, using Uzbekistan as a case study. Under conditions of digital globalization, a dynamic shift toward virtual civic engagement is observed, alongside a decline in the influence of traditional socialization institutions. Within the scope of the study, indicators of electoral behavior and national self-awareness among youth between 2023 and 2025 were analyzed. The results indicate that youth engagement in public administration through digital platforms is positively correlated with their level of institutional trust (r = 0.68, p < 0.05). Mechanisms are proposed to mitigate political alienation and channel youth potential toward strategic state objectives. The findings have practical significance for the development and modeling of youth policy.
