This article examines the methodology of using digital technologies to develop early triage and clinical decision-making competencies among future physicians in emergency traumatological conditions. The study focuses on the integration of modern educational approaches such as simulation-based learning, problem-based learning (PBL), clinical case studies, and artificial intelligence technologies into medical education. Digital simulation platforms, virtual patient scenarios, and clinical decision support systems were used to model emergency traumatological situations and train students in rapid patient assessment and decision-making processes. The results demonstrate that the integration of digital technologies into medical education significantly improves students’ clinical thinking, diagnostic reasoning, and the speed of clinical decision-making. The findings highlight the importance of implementing innovative digital educational technologies in the training of future physicians and improving the quality of emergency medical care.
