This article analyzes the didactic potential of using artificial intelligence technologies in teaching neurology and their importance in enhancing the effectiveness of medical education. In the modern medical education system, digital technologies, particularly artificial intelligence-based training systems, play a significant role in developing clinical reasoning, studying complex diagnostic processes, and forming students' analytical thinking. The research process employed pedagogical observation, surveys, tests, and experimental teaching methods. The obtained results were analyzed using mathematical-statistical methods. According to the research findings, teaching methods based on artificial intelligence technologies significantly improve students' diagnostic reasoning, their ability to analyze clinical situations, and their level of mastery of educational materials. Statistical analysis revealed that the use of artificial intelligence technologies increases students' knowledge acquisition by an average of 30-45%.
