This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the concept of equality in the context of the modern People's Republic of China (PRC), revealing its multifaceted nature and the contradictions in its implementation. It examines key aspects of equality - gender, ethnic, economic, and international - as well as their legal framework and de facto status. Special attention is given to the influence of China's foreign policy concept of a "Community with a Shared Future for Mankind" on the understanding of equality on a global scale.
