This article provides a comprehensive analysis of international legal frameworks for combating illegal migration and human trafficking. In the context of globalization, these issues pose serious threats not only to individual states but also to the international community as a whole. In particular, illegal migration and human trafficking contribute to human rights violations, social instability, and the expansion of transnational crime. The article examines the obligations of states under key United Nations instruments, including the Convention against Transnational Organized Crime and the Palermo Protocol. It also analyzes international legal instruments aimed at protecting human rights. The study highlights the importance of international cooperation, preventive measures, the role of law enforcement agencies, and the need to strengthen national legislation in order to effectively address these challenges.
