The article examines the significance and role of project-based learning in physics within the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) approach. Through project-based learning, students integrate theoretical knowledge with practice and develop skills in interdisciplinary integration, critical thinking, creativity, and the development of innovative solutions. The paper analyzes the methodological aspects of project-based learning, possibilities for its application in physics lessons, the challenges encountered, and ways to address them. It also presents international experience, statistical data, and examples of practical projects.
