The article defines an “information threat” as an intentional, coordinated, and manipulative information attack aimed at destabilizing society and weakening the state. Drawing on NATO’s definition, it outlines the key features of such threats—intent, coordination, manipulativeness, and harmfulness—and distinguishes them from unintentional false information (misinformation).
