The article analyzes the significance of the digital transformation of prosecutorial authorities’ activities, including the transition of prosecutorial supervision processes to electronic formats and the development of information systems and other software required for workflow digitalization. In addition, the article advances proposals concerning the role of the “Digital Prosecutor” information systems complex in ensuring the rule of law and protecting the rights and freedoms of citizens.
