Annotatsiya

This article examines the concept of the legal status of the prosecutor in civil proceedings, its contemporary relevance, the principles and forms of the prosecutor’s participation in civil proceedings, and problems related to the prosecutor’s legal status in national legislation. Scientifically grounded proposals of significant practical importance have also been developed, and the legislation of developed countries has been analyzed, leading to relevant scientific conclusions, proposals, and recommendations.
