This article examines the concept of the prosecutor's legal status in civil proceedings within the framework of current legislation and its significance today. It explores the grounds and forms of the prosecutor's participation in civil proceedings, as well as issues related to the prosecutor's legal status in our national legislation. Furthermore, scientifically grounded proposals of significant practical importance have been developed, and the legislation of developed countries has been analyzed. The article presents relevant scientific conclusions, proposals, and recommendations based on this research.
