This paper examines the growing trend of sexual violence against minors in Uzbekistan over the past decade, analyzing legal and institutional reforms introduced between 2023 and 2025. The study identifies recurring patterns in offender-victim relationships, evaluates the effects of the new offender registry and protection order system, and explores public awareness and preventive measures. Findings suggest the combination of legal reforms, awareness campaigns, and digital tools have led to more responsive protection mechanisms for children.
