This article aims to analyze the scientific and methodological aspects of the legal regulation of fundamental principles of public service in Uzbekistan. The study examines the classification of public service based on national and international practices. As a result of the research, proposals have been developed regarding the necessity of adopting the Law “On the System of Public Service” and the essential provisions that this law should encompass.
