The article analyzes the legal foundations of inclusive education in Uzbekistan. The system of regulatory and legal regulation of children’s education is examined, taking into account educational requirements at both the constitutional level and the level of special legislation. Compliance with international legal standards in the field of inclusive education is also assessed. Gaps in legal regulation are identified, and recommendations are proposed within the existing legislative framework.
