This scientific article examines the psychological aspects of developing creative competencies in future preschool educators and their significance in professional activity. It discusses the definition of creative competencies, their role in the educational process, and their psychological foundations. The article also explores psychological methods, approaches, and recommendations for fostering creative competencies in educators. Particular emphasis is placed on the importance of creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and innovative pedagogical approaches, as well as on the effectiveness of psychological methods and training within the educational process. The article highlights the crucial role of psychological approaches in the successful development of creative competencies in future educators.
