The article analyzes, using historical sources, the activities of Inomjon Khidiraliev as Chairman of the Turkestan Central Executive Committee. Khidiraliev was a prominent statesman and public figure who played a significant role in the socio-economic development and political life of Turkestan in the 1920s.
