The socio-political and cultural-educational life of Turkestan in the 1920s, the activities of the Turkestan leadership, particularly I. Khidiraliyev's role as chairman of the Turkestan Central Executive Committee, and the process of studying educational problems in schools and local areas have been analyzed using historical sources.
