This article focuses on improving the algorithm for teaching basic technical movements to freestyle wrestlers in a sequential manner. It analyzes the sequence of teaching techniques, ways to enhance training effectiveness, and presents proposals based on coaches' experiences. Additionally, it aims to develop athletes' technical skills and tactical thinking, contributing to their achievement of high results in competitions.
