This article explores the concept and unique characteristics of judges' professional legal consciousness. The paper analyzes perspectives from national and international legal scholars, examining the factors that shape a judge's legal consciousness, including its legal and ethical dimensions. It demonstrates that judges' legal consciousness is not only tied to legal knowledge but also to inner conscience, sense of justice, and responsibility. The article also highlights practical challenges in developing judges' professional consciousness and proposes solutions to these issues. The research is grounded in national and international legal documents, as well as scholarly sources.
