In this article, the emergence of “Open Sources Intellegence (OSINT)”, which provides Open Data on the Internet, the main factors that motivated its formation and development, for what purposes it is used, are analyzed. The goals and objectives of the organizations that served in the international expansion of OSINT were studied. It was also studied to determine the goals, nature and main directions of OSINT. In addition, analyzes were carried out on data collection, analysis and determination of the scope of use of open information sources.
