This article reveals, based on the study of recently published sources, that the role of balance stability in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of leg strikes in kickboxing has not been comprehensively studied as a pressing issue to date. This applies to strikes delivered from stationary positions, while moving, and when jumping, turning, or spinning to the left and right sides. The importance of maintaining balance stability in these various striking scenarios has not received wide-ranging research attention until now.
