This article analyzes quasi-courts as one of the alternative methods for resolving administrative-legal disputes and substantiates the importance of this institution in the implementation of administrative justice. The legal nature and necessity of quasi-courts are examined in light of the experiences of foreign countries belonging to the Romano-Germanic and Anglo-Saxon legal families. Relevant legal issues, such as the advantages of this institution in resolving administrative-legal disputes and its role within the administrative justice system, are scientifically explored.
