This article examines the anticipated changes in the Republic of Uzbekistan's environmental protection legal policy for 2025. Special attention is given to the implementation of the State Program within the framework of the "Uzbekistan - 2030" strategy, in the year designated for Environmental Protection and Green Economy. The author analyzes key areas of legal policy, including the introduction of new constitutional environmental guarantees, the adoption of regulatory legal acts, international cooperation, and the development of environmentally sustainable industrialization models such as eco-industrial parks. The article emphasizes the necessity of a systematic approach to implementing environmental initiatives and the importance of involving the public and expert community in the lawmaking process. The conclusion highlights the strategic significance of providing quality legal support for the country's environmental security.
