This year, a constitutional reform was carried out in our country, aimed at radically improving the system of state power and administration, which required reforming legislation in a completely new way. As a result, our people adopted a new Constitution in a referendum held on April 30. The approach based on the principle of “man - society - state” was enshrined in our Constitution.
