In the article, the author examines the types and forms of ensuring the powers of the prosecutor in ensuring the legality of decisions of local representative and executive bodies from the point of view of the doctrine of prosecutorial supervision. In particular, the state in the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan of detailed regulation of the issues of legal examination of draft laws is considered in detail, the duties and powers of the prosecutor's office in this regard are considered, the author developed and presented the relevant scientific and theoretical conclusions.
