The article presents a comparative legal analysis of the concept, types and features of expertise of draft normative legal acts, as well as mechanisms for its implementation, based on the experience of legislation and law enforcement practice of foreign countries. Also at the end of the article, based on foreign experience, the author puts forward proposals for improving domestic legislative expertise.
