This article explores the concept, content, and specific features of acquiring judicial status in the Republic of Uzbekistan. It examines the structural principles of attaining judicial status, the lexical meaning of general status, and the differences and advantages of judicial status compared to legal statuses in other law enforcement organizations. The article also discusses the definitions of judicial status provided in the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The author analyzes and engages in scholarly discourse regarding the perspectives of Uzbek and foreign scholars on the concept of acquiring judicial status. Additionally, the article thoroughly examines specific challenges in obtaining judicial status in the Republic of Uzbekistan, presenting scientific and theoretical conclusions.
