This article analyzes the emerging phenomenon of cybercorruption, which poses a growing threat in the context of digitalization of public administration and the expansion of the cryptocurrency market. The author defines cybercorruption as a specific type of corruption offense involving the use of digital technologies and crypto-assets as bribes. The article examines the legal challenges related to cybercorruption and proposes key directions for combating it in Uzbekistan. Particular attention is given to the need for legal recognition of the concept of cybercorruption, enhancement of regulatory and technical measures for crypto-asset oversight, the role of competent authorities, and the importance of public engagement. The study concludes that a systematic approach is essential for developing an effective anti-cybercorruption policy.
